overall it's what i expected and the services is good as I expected, room is spacious, neat and clean as I expected. Front house staffs are very helpful. My room can even watch sun set everyday and it's a surprise. Free message chair is also a complimentary service which I enjoyed. Most of the time, it's not crowded in onsen area. the sea view from top floor onsen is magnificent.

The location was quite convenient (especially for access to the Shimonoseki Kaikyokan) The room was quite spacious and comfortable In spite of the hotel's fairly central location the room was quiet Amenities provided in the room Late checkout (11am) Decently heavy doonas

Perfect location near the railway station. Street with restaurants 2 blocks away. Top floor onsen is great, free ice cream, massage chairs - what a treat. A great variety of foods at breakfast and very kind staff. The staff at the reception was very helpful, lending me an electricity adapter.

We booked it for the onsen, which was wonderful and not very busy. If you can brave the night air, there's even an outside part where you can look out over the harbor. (For privacy reasons there's a big fence.)

We love the onsen and the facilities so much!!! It was my husband's first time trying an onsen and he enjoyed it so much till he didn't want to come back to the hotel room. I've tried quite a few hotel onsen before and I must say this is my favourite!!!

Feeling safe & having clean environs ; near restaurants and the wharf ; Rooms are small - as to be expected, but clean & livable. Having a small but nice&clean Onsen with sea-view !

The room was so clean and bigger than a typical Japanese business low-budget hotel. Excellent breakfast so much variety of menu. They do have both oriental and western styles. Enjoy your meal. Also between 9:30 pm and 11:00 pm, they serve free ramen!

The onsen bath on top floor was relaxing. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Location is near train station.

There is a large supermarket nearby. Complimentary ice cream and drinks are available on the floor of the hot spring pools. There are ample amenities for use.
